I've had people just sit there at crim base or at heists and they're usually super toxic
Time has been fast lately, anyone still misses the Old Criminal Base with the rocket?
I sometime roleplay in there. (yes and it's embarrassing by the people looking me confused)

Hey guys this post is the things you might of missed. For the first special thanks to Maxyliu for showing this with us. So you know how there is a all new crim base. Well now there are two crim bases that you can collect your cash which is amazing and now if a cop is camping you can go to the other one.
The next thing you might of missed was the train icon. You can see it in this image below.
Another thing is that there's two people that you go to to customize your robbing bags and masks. We know this because is shows in these photos. Could you customize something else?
In the photo above you see that their's another building part of that criminal base. What's inside there.
This one is interesting the criminal base we have now could be relocated or gone from the image here which it's showing the boat where the criminal base we have now. So RIP to present criminal base. You can see this image if you scroll up above the image.
This last one is a theory as the end of the trailer you can see this image which is below. The tallest building there is the known Stratosphere tower. It's like the building you will notice first. From that image they could be adding that in the future if they made it the tallest building. That would be cool. We don't know if this is true because it's a theory.
If you go onto a server with cops, you will notice how most cops don't even try arresting. This is because of how hard it is to arrest. Here are my ideas to balance the cop team.
Make Arresting Better
The arresting range should be buffed. Right now you literally have to stand next to them in order to arrest them. This enables criminals/villains to jump around and break the arrest loop.
Stop the Camping at Criminal Base
They should make it to where if cops are in the parking lot they will get teleported back to the sidewalk next to the casino. Also, make the airspace near the criminal base a no missile zone. Also make the red wall around the criminal base solid so cops cant go through it and arrest someone before they get teleported. This should also apply to heroes.
Make it to where if a cop kills a criminal the criminal won't get arrested. The cop still gets xp and the bounty, but the criminal won't be sent to jail. This way, Cops will be encouraged to arrest instead of killing.
Make it to where if the villains health is below 50, they cant use special abilities(e.g. Flying, Double Jumping, running faster). This way it will be easier to arrest villains. This should also count for heroes.
Make Taser Accurate
Make police get 50 xp instead of 25 xp for killing criminals/villains

I have been both sides of this issue, I will admit: The guy being trapped by campers and the guy being camped on. So I know what both sides are like and have some ideas on how it can be fixed.
-First, give every criminal and villain who is inside the criminal base godmode until they leave the base. This way, you don't have people with the Rhino who can kill you through the wall and people who jump the fence and fire an RPG for the split second that they're inside and kill you that way. They won't be able to kill you while inside anymore.
-Second, add remote-controlled gun turrets surrounding the criminal base that are controlled from inside the base. The first weapon these turrets will have is a minigun and it can be fired infinitely without running out of ammo or overheating. The second weapon it will have is a missile launcher. This missile launcher will deal 60 damage per rocket and have the same velocity as the Warhawk's missiles, but it wont lock on. It will fire once every three seconds.
-Third, add a SAM battery on top of the base that targets anything that flies. It can fire a barrage of 3 homing missiles that have twice the velocity as the ones on the Warhawk, and fully lock on in under a second. It reloads after 4 seconds and is ready to fire again. In addition to the missile launcher as its primary weapon it should have a weapon like the AWP as a secondary weapon, to take out people who might dodge the missiles.
This is intended to be pretty overpowered but it should end the camping situation for the most part if it does get implemented. And just remember, this isn't adding a vehicle that can move around and do all of this, this is just adding more defense to the criminal base (which can't move) which is very easy to camp outside of without much issue at the moment.
