The City Park is a significantly major location within Mad City, housing three mini heists, the Prize Wheel and a car dealership with multiple vehicles.
Overview[]
It sits close to the middle of the main city and is mostly close to the Bank. It has received many significant changes throughout the games lifespan, mostly being the area where most Events like the Piggy Event took place. Before the August 19th, 2022 update, the Tram passed nearby the park.

Daily Spin Wheel[]

The Daily Spin Wheel is an interactive object in the middle of the City Park. Players can interact with the wheel every 12 hours to get rewards. The wheel rewards between 
2,000 to 200,000, rims, spoilers and a vehicle. There is compensation given when a player gets a double rim, spoiler or vehicle, the current vehicle obtainable is the Neo Rider.
Fruit Store[]

The Fruit Store is one of three mini-heists located within the vicinity of the City Park. The store a medium-sized, two-story building with modernistic architecture. The exterior is all white save for the front which is a glass window consisting of eleven vertical glass panes, the middle one containing a doorway at the bottom which can be broken into to enter the building. 7,600 can be obtained by taking everything in the store. It was first added in the April 20th, 2019 update, although it was located nearby the Night Club instead. It was later relocated as an aftermath of the May 9th, 2020 live event.
Grocery Store[]

The Grocery Store is one of three mini-heists located within the vicinity of the City Park. It mainly a orange and white color scheme for both its exterior and interior. The store contains two cash registers which gives 600 each one, giving a total of 1,800. It was added as an aftermath of the May 9th, 2020 live event.
MC Muscle[]

Mad City Muscle, or MC Muscle for short, is the only car dealership located withing the vicinity of the City Park. It mainly sports a neon red color look for its exterior with accompanying blue and yellow colors as well. On August 11th, 2023
Pizza Place[]

The Pizza Place (formerly known as Cluckdonalds), is one of three mini-heists located within the vicinity of the City Park. Nearing the end of Season 7, a pizza symbol was laying outside of the former Cluckdonalds restaurant which hinted at it becoming a pizza place. It has two entrances: a front door and a drive-thru window. The interior is divided into three different rooms, the front room, the back room, and a secret room. The front room features three cash registers that can be interacted with by players and a tip jar which grants 250 - 750 when broken. In the back room, there is a set of shelves with a safe that can be broken for 1,000.
