Military Base

The Military Base (which is also referred to as Area 51), is a location that was added alongside the Season 4 update.

Overview[]

The Military Base can be located within closer proximity of the Outlaws Oasis, nearby to the Port. As of the August 18th, 2023 update, it houses seven vehicles, these vehicles being the Rhino, O66-Terminator, Halo, Hyper Glider, Chaos, Light Bike, Incinerator, and the Obliterator.

Death Ray Bunker[]

The Death Ray Bunker refers to the bunker located under the bridge inside of the Military Base. As what the name would suggest, it houses the Death Ray. Nearby to the bunker, the Obliterator can be located.

Villain Lair Entrance[]

Nearby to one of the Military Base's entrances, specifically near the Port entrance is where a cave can be found. Inside the cave leads to a giant gray door, this is where the entrance to the Villain Lair is located.

Area History[]

2019-2020 Addition & Events[]

Upon the release of Season 4, it was located near to Paradise Pier. The Rhino and Patriot were moved here after the Power Plant exploded and destroyed their previous location, the Testing Lab. The Light Bike and Lazerblade were later added here on September 15th, 2019, and later on became Cluck Daddy's arena on October 11th, 2019. Even later, the O66-Terminator was added to the Military Base on April 21st, 2020. On July 12th, 2020, the Military Base was moved behind the Easter Isle Police Station prior to its later destruction.

2021 Removal[]

The Military Base was removed in the May 27th, 2021 update due to destruction of the Easter Isle. As a result, the four vehicles inside the said location were relocated to the orange building parking lot, in between the Fruit Store and the Casino Park Home.

2022 Re-addition[]

As of the Chapter 2 update, both the Rhino and the O66-Terminator were rehoused back to the Military Base alongside the Light Bike, which is now in a tunnel underneath the base. The Death Ray has also been rehoused inside of a Bunker underneath the entrance which requires a player to use a Green Keycard to open the doors. On February 17th, 2023, the Incinerator was added.

On May 4th, 2023, the Hyper Glider , Chaos, Halo, Villain Lair were all relocated here due the removal of the Volcano and Desert. The base itself also went through several minor changes. The Spitfire and Dirtbike were relocated elsewhere. The two Aerial Vehicle Spawn Pads were removed.

On June 14th, 2023, the location was used for Operation: Bacon event. The boss event was removed on August 21st, 2023, but the teleporter is currently not removed.

Trivia[]

If the teaser for the October 11th, 2019 update is to be believed, then it means that the Military Base was possibly supposed to have a green forcefield around it.
- It should be noted however that no such forcefield was ever present upon the release of said update.
