The Infected Knife is a weapon exclusive to infected players and the murderer in the Infected and Murder game modes. The only way of obtaining it prior to Chapter 2 was through Private Server Admin Commands. This item is now unobtainable since game modes were removed from the game upon the release of Chapter 2.

Trivia

• The Infected Knife was the same model as the regular Knife but dealt a lot more damage.
• This is one of two melee weapons with non-standard damage. The other one is Lazerblade, which deal 80 damage.
