Mech Cluckles was a boss that was introduced in Season 6, which could be defeated to obtain the Giotto.
Initiating the Fight
Egg keys could have been found spawning around the expanded map area. Five must have been collected and placed on the pedestals in the gazebo in order to start the fight - each player could have only held one at a time.
Once all five egg keys have been placed in the gazebo, a 20-second countdown would have begun, teleporting players to the boss arena.
Before April 28th, 2020, players could have received the Invasion Egg after the countdown for the teleportation ended.
Attacks
Mech Cluckles had five attacks, chosen at random:
- Ground Pound - Mech Cluckles jumped and temporarily made certain sections of the floor disappear, similarly to Kua Kua. Standing on the disappeared floor dealt 50 damage and granted temporary invulnerability and standing next to Mech Cluckles when he jumped would have resulted in death.
- Missiles - A marker would have appeared on random players for a few seconds before Mech Cluckles fired three missiles at them. Taking damage from a missile caused the player to be temporarily invulnerable.
- Egg Grenades - Mech Cluckles threw multicolored eggs around the arena that flashed before exploding.
- Hatching Eggs - Mech Cluckles threw brown eggs around the arena which hatched into random enemies; Nugget, Crazy Cluck, or Killer Cluck.
- Shutdown - The music stopped, a rebooting sound would have played, and Mech Cluckles would have became still, making it vulnerable to player attacks for the duration of the move.
Trivia
- Mech Cluckles was the only boss fight that took place in a separate Roblox place.
- If a player died in the fight, they would have been teleported back to the main game.
- Players were restricted to use of the AK47, Shotgun, TEC-9, Knife, and Grenade during the entire battle.
- This made it the first boss fight that gave players a preset inventory.
- Originally, the Invasion Egg was to be rewarded to players at the end of the fight. The people in charge of the Roblox Egg Hunt 2020 Event thought the fight was too difficult and suggested allowing respawns. The Mad City developers disagreed with this design philosophy and compromised by giving the Invasion Egg out before the fight.[1]
- Excluding the Mother Hen, the minions summoned by Mech Cluckles were also present in the Cluck Daddy boss fight in Season 4.
- This was the first boss to have a "preparation period" upon using the sufficient amount of sacrificial items, later followed by the Reindeer Boss.
- Mech Cluckles made an appearance on Chapter 2 Live Event, however this was inactive and floating in the Defaultos' parallel world along other remains of the Chapter 1.
