Paradise Pier is a significantly major location within MadCity, housing one of the seven primary heists and multiple vehicles.
Overview[]
It sits nearby to the main city and is close to the shoreline. It has received rather minor changes throughout the games lifespan. It is actually the only areas of the map which stills retains its original terrain back from Chapter 1. Before the August 19th, 2022 update, the Tram passed nearby to the Casino before it stopped near the park.
Current Content[]
Boardwalk and Theme Park[]

The Boardwalk is one of the other main structures located at Paradise Pier. A good amount of space of the boardwalk was shared with the nearby Theme Park, which is also called a Carnival. Back in Chapter 1, the boardwalk was revamped upon the release of the February 10th, 2020 update. The boardwalk used to be the place where the Warehouse Criminal Base and Rocket Criminal Base resided, although both criminal bases locations were changed overtime. As of Chapter 2, it serves as a parking lot like location, with the Revolter, Missile, Streetfighter, and One Off being located here.
The Carnival rides was destroyed by a mysterious kraken, and some structures were tumbled, keeping the parking lot and the vehicles in the location remained untouched. Prior its destructions, those carnival rides were closed in the later updates.
Resort[]

The Resort (formerly the Casino), is one of the seven main primary heists, it being the only one that is located at Paradise Pier. It sports a purple and light blue color scheme for its exterior and is the second tallest building in the map, the Bank being the first. It gives a maximum of 
10,000 without the VIP game pass and a maximum of 20,000 with the VIP game pass. It rewards 620
, or 1,240 with Double XP upon completion. The Thunderbird can also be located rather nearby to the entrance of the Resort.
Moved/Removed Content[]
Criminal Bases[]
Prior to the relocations and removal of each respective criminal base, both bases were previously situated at Paradise Pier, although it was at different points in time. The Warehouse Criminal Base was the first criminal base to be located here, then the Rocket Criminal Base replaced it with the release of the March 15th, 2019 update. The criminal base was later moved to Easter Isle and the warehouse criminal base made a return in June 13th, 2020 update, although with major changes. As of Chapter 2, only the Warehouse Criminal Base is present on the map, which can be seen in the construction site area of the city near the Jewelry Store.
Casino Park Home[]

The Casino Park Home was an apartment that was previously located here, the building was added in the February 1st, 2020 update. It costed 100,000 in order to purchase it. Upon the release of Chapter 2, this apartment building was removed. Players who previously bought this apartment were refunded a full 100,000.
House Heist[]

The House Heist was the only mini-heist that is mainly located and could be found at Paradise Pier. Prior to the release of Chapter 2, there was another identical house heist that could've been found in Sandy Suburbs, now modern day Sandy Shores. Players could've receive up to 6,400 from taking everything in the house. It was removed on May 4th, 2023.
Military Base[]

The Military Base is a location added alongside the Season 4 update. It used to be located nearby to Paradise Pier, with it being formerly being in the space in which a good majority of what MCX Airport now takes up. Prior to its relocation, it received minor changes during the Cluck Daddy invasion event in Season 4, with UFOs varying in sizes hovering over the base.
