The Piggy Event was the first event of Chapter 2. The first part of the Piggy Event started on October 6th, 2022, and ended on November 7th, 2022. The second part of the Piggy Event started on June 14th, 2023, and ended on August 21st, 2023.

Part 1 Pre-Event[]
The Piggy Event was first teased on Twitter, with an image of a telescope. A countdown was later added into the game, and upon the end of said countdown, a giant pink egg shaped object crashed into the city park, revealing Chris P. Bacon. As a result of the crash, the giant tree in the middle of the park was destroyed, alongside the Vanta statue. It also ruined a couple benches and other decorations.
The 50 Billion Goal[]
The objective of the first part of the event was to have players collaborate and obtain a total of 
50 Billion. Each reward was unlocked after 5 Billion was obtained. Everything that was able to award money to a player would have been contributed to the chart, excluding Robux purchases for money. Nothing dangerous could possibly arise from these actions in the unforeseen future.
The rewards ranged from Vehicle Skins, Vehicles, Spoilers, and Rims. Keep in mind, that after a certain reward was achieved, anyone was able to claim the reward from said reward, but were unable to if they did not contribute to the event.

Live Event[]
On May 3rd, 2023, an Unidentified Object landed in Mad City, near the Prison and Volcano. The object was the shape of an egg, with knobs on the side of it. It appeared to absorb an oddly familiar dark energy from a dark cloud above. On May 4th, 2023, the object would later explode, resulting in the destruction of this parallel universe.
The Build-up[]
May 16th, 2023, a meteor-like unidentified ship was seen in the sky above the Military Base.
Later on May 20th and 22nd, 2023, the unidentified ship crashed into the Military Base. A small amount of police presence appeared in the base, with a police NPC named Officer David being situated at one of the entrances of the Military Base. A giant fracture can be seen in the sky. Lastly, there is also a bulletin board placed on the base's bridge with a note posted on it.
May 23rd, 2023, more inoperable SWAT vans and Camaros are visible inside the Military Base. "Specialists" are now also investigating the crash site, which are driving plain white SWAT vans. Three inoperable excavators can been seen inside the base entrance near the Port. The fracture has become larger, and there are also new notes added to the bulletin board.
May 24th, 2023, the unidentified ship started to glow a bright neon pink, which also made seeing its interior now completely impossible. Police SWAT vans and Camaros are blocking the entrance of Military Base, while the excavators have moved near the Death Ray room and are now going near the heart of base.
On May 25th, 2023, unknown personnel NPCs with Chris P. Bacon pins can be seen on the crash site. More "plain white Specialist vans" can be seen inside the Military Base, while Officer David was moved outside the base under the Mad City sign at Cityside County. Interestingly though, multiple plain white vans can be seen exiting the base. The final note has also been posted on the bulletin board.
May 26th, 2023, the reconstruction of the Military Base has now started. The crashed unidentified ship was removed, and replaced by excavators digging the crash site. Several construction workers NPCs with purple aura on their head was added, along with other Chris P. Bacon personnel. Interacting with them, telling the players to leave the area. Officer David has now gone missing, his car seemingly having been abandoned. A detective can also be found on top of a nearby hill, keeping an eye on the base.
May 29th, 2023, mysterious signs have been added into the Military Base. Officer David's helmet has been left near his car, while the police force has been fully withdrawn from the base. A note has also been added next to the detective.
On May 30th, 2023, gold coins and a mysterious circular structure were added into the Military Base. Meteors have also been spotted near the giant fracture. Three scientists have been added at the old watchtower near the Casino. All three have a dialogue, mostly talking about the meteor shower. Crates with Chris P. Bacon insignias have been added in the base and the Death Ray bunker, a familiar looking knob can also be found in the bunker. There is also another crate with the insignia, a red crate that can be found at the Port. A second note has been added near the detective.
In other news, the official MadCity Twitter account has been taken over and is now operated by Agent Smith.
May 31st, 2023, walls at Military Base walls have become taller. The circular monument is more built. The Warehouse Criminal Base has construction outside of it. Three construction worker NPCs have been added with a dialogue, mostly talking about the work in progress expansion of the criminal base. Officer David has now returned, being located near the hotel. The three scientists are now concerned and are talking about how the meteors seem off, one of them saying that there appears to be a weird purple color. The detective now has new dialogue, he also now has a new note beside him.
June 1st, 2023, construction at Warehouse Criminal Base has expanded. The walls of the Military Base have now also expanded. The meteors seem to be heading towards the city. A new garage-like structure is at the Port, with a green truck carrying a bomb. Five construction workers near the circular structure have been "infected", a more fitting word would be mind controlled, the detective takes notice of this. Three police officers NPCs have been added near the Jewelry Store, mostly talking about the sudden influx of people, one even saying that they've been seeing multiple of the same person. The scientists at the watchtower have new dialogue, talking about the meteors and its scientific breakthroughs. Officer David is as worried as he can be. Agent Smith can be seen inside the circle structure of the Military Base, seemingly talking to someone via radio. A new note has been added next to the detective.
On June 2nd, 2023, Chris P. Bacon’s head appears on the screens and is carved in the Military Base. Military Trucks appear in the base and the excavators have left. The military truck in the new garage is near a military base entrance. The circular building’s construction is complete. Four smaller rifts are added near the main big one. There is a duplicate knob in the Death Ray Bunker. The officers near the Jewelry store docks are now gone, while the Warehouse Criminal Base's construction continues to progress. The detective states how everything seems connected, although he's appears to be missing one last piece of the puzzle. Piggy Corp agent NPCs have been re-added into base with new dialogue. Four construction officers at base are fully infected and have new dialogue, although it seems that one of them hasn't been fully controlled. The scientists at the watchtower have new dialogue, mostly talking the abnormalities of the unfolding situation. A fifth note has been added next to the detective.
June 5th, 2023, the Warehouse Criminal Base construction still continues. The hangars of O66-Terminator and Rhino have been changed. The truck is now near Death Ray Bunker, the construction worker that wasn't fully controlled is gone, while the other four have new dialogue. Agent Smith has taken notice of the detective. The scientists seemed to have cloned, turns out that they come from a parallel universe, the same universe where Chris P. Bacon detonated a bomb at, the same universe where the May 4th, 2023 Live Event took place. The detective has now been made aware that the scientists have discovered the existence of a parallel universe, although it appears that their universe had been completely destroyed, the same could happen to ours if we don't stop Chris P. Bacon. A sixth note has been added next to him.
June 6th, 2023, two rifts now have a pink color to them. The construction for the Warehouse Criminal Base and circular structure in Military Base are nearly done. The military truck with the bomb is now even closer to the military base. The Piggy Corp agents have approached the detective's hill with all his notes scattered around, the detective himself though has successfully fled to the watchtower. The scientists and their parallel universe selves are now talking and speculating about the current state of the military base, one of them even bringing up Cluck Daddy's invasion of the Military Base way back in the days of Season 4. Though, some of them have also concluded that Chris P. Bacon is planning to tamper with space and time itself. Officer David has now fully fled to an unknown location, leaving a note.
June 7th, 2023, the circular building is green with an interior. The construction workers and personnel can be seen talking about the detective, all the notes formerly created by the detective are inside the structure and the military truck is outside the building. The Warehouse Criminal Base now has garage buildings at the front. The scientists and their parallel universe selves are now hypothesizing that the rifts around the map could be stabilized and either assist or lead somewhere, they're planning on constructing a mini reactor core powered teleporter, although it'll be mostly used as a rift analyzer for now.
June 9th, 2023, the Warehouse Criminal Base and the Military Base teleporter continue their construction. The rift analyzer is being built at the watchtower, while two more fractures can be seen.
On June 12th, 2023, construction still continues with the Warehouse Criminal Base and the Military Base teleporter, while development also continues on the rift analyzer. More meteors have been added. Blue Rifts have been added, these rifts appear rarely and teleport players to one of two possible locations.
June 13th, 2023, more fractures have been added. Almost all NPCs were removed from the Military Base teleporter, only Agent Smith remains who strangely appears to be very confused at the sudden changes of the Military Base. The people at the watchtower are now very shocked and state how the rift analyzer might've caused the chaos unravelling in the sky. Blue Rifts have a new location players can teleport to. The wall separating the Criminal Base was taken down.
June 14th, 2023, Agent Smith and his team can now be seen at the watchtower alongside the detective. They state how they were mind controlled by Chris P. Bacon and they now want to help, the detective also states that they told the scientists to take cover.
August 20th, 2023, the remaining people at the watchtower can be seen be seen looking towards the rift located on top of the Military Base. Agent Smith states that Chris P. Bacon's reign of terror is coming to an end.
August 21st, 2023, all the rifts in the sky have disappeared. Only Agent Smith and the detective are left on the watchtower, with the rift analyzer being nowhere to be seen. They both thank the player for defeating Chris P. Bacon and maybe even saving the world, Agent Smith also states that the egg bomb device that Chris P. Bacon had at the Military Base has been disabled and will be studied in order to learn how he made such as device.
Operation: Bacon[]

The event began on June 14th, 2023, when a new icon appeared at the Military Base. Players were required to locate Meteors scattered across the map and destroy them to obtain Celestial Crystals, also known as Portal Crystals. After obtaining a Celestial Crystal, players had to return to the Military Base and place the crystal into the altar. Six Celestial Crystals are needed to activate the portal and initiate the boss fight.
Upon entering the boss fight, players will spawn with an AK47, a Shotgun, and a Grenade, unless they already possess variants of these weapons then the player won't receive said weapons twice. Chris P. Bacon, the boss, possessed various attacks including Gravity Well, Laser Eye, Minion Attacks, Belly Flops, and Coin Attacks. Additionally, Chris P. Bacon would generate a shield each time a certain percentage of health was lost, and the shield would continuously heal him. If players were on the Hero or Villain team, their damage to Chris P. Bacon would be reduced by 50%. Upon defeating Chris P. Bacon, players would be rewarded with the Legion and the Lightning Skin along with 
100 Piggy Tokens (Up to
400 Piggy Tokens) and 100 XP. Chris P. Bacon also has a 1% chance of spawning in a golden variant that grants players the ability to double their Piggy Tokens. This golden variant can also be bought via a golden carrot. If a player dies during the Chris P. Bacon boss fight, they have the option to be revived for a cost of 
25 Robux until 30 seconds have passed.

Trivia[]
- The Piggy Event is the first event to be separated into different parts.
- When Part One of the Piggy Event initially released, an issue appeared where "an admin command was ran that automatically awarded the entire bounty"[1], This resulted in the event being autocompleted.
- The rift analyzer that the scientists were constructing looks very identical to the "Animated Reactor-Core!" Ornament from the Piggy Shop.
- The Part Two of the Piggy Event was supposed to end on July 17th, 2023 and later the rest of July 2023, however they extended it until August 21st, 2023, allowing players have more time to grind for the Piggy Rewards.
- Despite the removal of the boss fight, the Piggy Shop remains for two weeks, allow players to purchase those rewards, with Power Ups is removed,
- The Astronaut Helmet Ornament originally costed
150 but was later increased a day later to 270
