The Pistol Silenced is a suppressed handgun weapon. It is located at the Police Base, Shotgun Sal's, and the Gun Shop.
It is an essentially a direct upgrade to the pistol. The Pistol Silenced fires faster than the Pistol, makes less sound and deals more damage. It deals 11 damage on the body and headshots do 17 damage.

- It is one of two suppressed weapons in the game, the other being the now-removed UZI-S.
- It appears to be based on the real life Glock 17, which does not feed from 14-round magazines.
- The Pistol-S used to be obtainable from Red Crates, along with the Riot Shield and Tear Gas.
- Before the release of Chapter 2, it used the same firing sound as the Silenced Pistol from Hotline Miami, albeit with a lower pitch.
