Sandy Shores (formerly Sandy Suburbs), is a significantly major location, that can be found nearby to the Hero Base and Warehouse Criminal Base.
Overview[]
It is a host to many houses, it also used to border Paradise Pier. There was previously a Tram Station rather close to this location. The Shores were covered in snow at the start of Season 2, but was later removed, and re-added once more during the snowfall in Season 5 and Season 7.

Pyramid[]
The Pyramid

The Pyramid is one of seven main primary heists, it being the only one that is located at Sandy Shores. It was previously located within the desert prior to the May 4th, 2023 update. Completing this heist grants up to 11,000
or 22000 with the VIP game pass, and 600
XP or 1200 XP with the Double XP pass.

Sea Breeze House[]

The Sea Breeze House was an apartment that was previously located here. The building was added in Season 4, replacing the house that was hit by the volcanic eruption. It costed 2,000,000 in order to purchase it. Upon the release of Chapter 2, this apartment building was removed. Players who previously bought this apartment were refunded a full 2,000,000.
House Heist[]

Prior to the Chapter 2 update, there was previously another house heist located here. It was originally a red color scheme, up until the release of Season 6. They were still identical with the exception of their actual locations and their overall color scheme, being blue and green respectively. Players could've received 400-7,300 from taking everything in the house.
Red House Mystery Event[]

The Red House Mystery Event or ___ Badge Event, was an event that started in mid-July 2020. Sandy Shores, which was called Sandy Suburbs at the time, served as an integral part of this event. It housed the very house that players needed to enter in order to finish the event. The basement of the house contained a few maps, a crafting bench, and a secret teleporter room.
Trivia[]
- Due to the Volcano's eruptions in Season 3, a giant lava rock destroyed one house and left another burned.
- As stated previously, the house that was destroyed was replaced with what was to become the Sea Breeze House.
- Sandy Shores was originally called Sandy Suburbs in Chapter 1, but was changed to Sandy Shores in Chapter 2.
- The name Sandy Shores seems to potentially reference a location of the same name from the GTA franchise.
