The Schwifty Studios HQ is a building near the Bank that houses the Jetpack that requires a Boss Keycard acquired from the Casino to access the secret room.

The building was added in Season 1 Chapter 1, and was later given an interior, but this was inaccessible to the players, until the second Live Event that kicks in right before Chapter 2.

On November 11th, 2022, the Stingray was added in the parking lot of the HQ.

Trivia

• The exterior of the building looks similar to its Season 6 version, minus the windows.
• The building was an idea and designed by Gemini_II, who did a larger role for the map revamp of Chapter 2. According to him, it was his "favorite small-scale build in the game..."
