The Sea Breeze House was an apartment located in Sandy Suburbs.
Overview[]
The building was added in Season 4, replacing the house that was hit by the volcanic eruption, however it did not serve as an apartment building until Season 5.
In the January 24th, 2020 update, it was given a use as an apartment. It could be purchased for 
2,000,000.
In Chapter 2, this apartment was removed. Players who bought it were compensated.
