Utopia Towers Penthouse was an apartment located near the Bank. It could be purchased for 
5,000,000.
Overview[]
It was the largest and most expensive apartment in the game, featuring 13 rooms, all of them being different shapes and sizes. It was mainly a series of halls and rooms with some branching off into other rooms.
With the release of Chapter 2, this apartment was reverted to just a regular building from Season 4 of Chapter 1 with no functionality. Players who bought this apartment were given a refund, including the furniture and decorations added to the apartment.
Trivia[]
- It is the only apartment building that wasn't removed upon the release of the Chapter 2 update.
- There were some areas where the wall and its trim were interrupted or misshapen.
- There were some small areas of the walls that could not be customized by purchasing wallpapers.
- Many of the walls' default colors were not selectable options while editing one's home.
- The building was added in Season 4 in place of the destroyed Café. However, it did not serve as an apartment building until the January 24th update.
- After the first Live Event of Season 6, it was relocated near the Bank.
